Blue "Lemon & buckwheat Cake 〜 なんもなんも”青い”レモン＆そばづと＠六花亭

六花亭の新製品が出ていたのでご紹介します。

(Since the new product has come out I will introduce.)

まずは「なんもなんも”青い”レモン」です。

(This is the first "" blue "lemon".)

「なんもなんも」シリーズの第二弾です。

　表面のホワイト・チョコのコーティングと中のレモンの爽やかな味が絶妙にマッチングしていて凄く好きな味です。
(Refreshing taste of lemon in a coating of white chocolate on the surface have been exquisitely matching is really the favorite taste.)

次は「そばづと」です。

(The following is a "buckwheat Cake".)

 表面生地をそば粉ベースで作っているようです。

(By creating a surface fabric with buckwheat flour-based or Vinegar.)

　六花亭本店がある十勝エリアは、「新得そば」が有名なので、そこのそば粉をつかっているかもしれません。

「月見」もこんな形でしたので、最近の六花亭のトレンドの形なのかもしれません。

間には求肥がサンドされてます。
(Rice Cake paste has been sand between.)

お味は比較的たんぱくでした。

(Taste was relatively protein.)
