帯広駅で購入したおみやげ”生パイ”＠手作り菓子の店「こばやし」のご紹介です。

生パイというよりはスノードームのような形です。

パイを焼く前の生地ベースということでしょうか。

　表面の粉砂糖と中の濃厚クリームが組み合わされて、ふわふわとろ～り凄く甘〜いお味が口の中に広がります。
