Collaboration of seaweed and mugwort exquisite !! "Seaweed Rice Cake"〜海藻とよもぎのコラボが絶妙!!「海苔大福」＠六花亭

 昔からある「よもぎ大福」に海苔が加わった「海苔大福」を六花亭で購入してみました。

コチラは断面です。

よもぎ餅の断面に深緑色の粒粒が見えているのが海苔です。

(It is a seaweed that the dark green color of the grain grains are visible in cross section.)

表面にはくっつき防止の粉がまぶされてるので、食べやすかったです。

海苔とよもぎ、意外と合う組み合わせでした。
